Digital Diplomacy

The concept of “digital diplomacy” refers both to the Ministry’s domains of action, the “international challenges of digital technology” and widening the scope of traditional diplomacy through innovations and new practices brought about by information and communication technologies (ICTs). However, digital tools are considered as much more than a simple means of communicating information, they are helping transform diplomatic work.
