South Sudan – Hospital attack South Sudan Human rights Déclaration On : May 04th 2025 France condemns the helicopter and drone attack on the Doctors Without Borders hospital in Old Fangak, South Sudan, on Saturday, 3 May, which left several people dead or injured. France underlines that international humanitarian law is applicable to everybody, and in particular the imperative of protecting civilians and humanitarian workers and infrastructure. France reiterates its support for the work of Doctors Without Borders in South Sudan and worldwide, and to all humanitarian workers.
