NATO – Meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs (Brussels, December 3, 2025)

Minister Delegate for Europe Benjamin Haddad represented France at the NATO Foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels on December 3.

At this defining moment for Ukrainian and European security, Mr. Haddad reiterated France’s staunch support for peace efforts – support shared by its partners in the Coalition of the Willing.

France repeated its call for Europe to invest massively in defense in order to strengthen NATO’s European pillar and the Alliance’s strategic unity, thereby enhancing the security of the European continent.

He hailed the U.S. effort to provide security guarantees for Ukraine in a manner consistent with the work of the Coalition of the Willing.
