We underscore the importance of guaranteeing her safe and unimpeded access to every part of Myanmar and the ability to speak with all the parties as part of her important mission.

France reiterates its calls for the full implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2669, which includes ending the violence, releasing all political prisoners and instituting a dialogue among all stakeholders. France reaffirms its support for ASEAN’s efforts to resolve the crisis in line with the Five Point Consensus.
