Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Catherine Colonna spoke over the phone today with her Moroccan counterpart, Nasser Bourita.
The minister reiterated that France is committed to the exceptional partnership that binds our two countries together and to its reinforcement. The two ministers discussed future opportunities for our bilateral relationship. Their conversation touched upon cultural, educational and economic matters and, in particular, fields of the future, such as renewable energy and cutting-edge sectors.
In addition, they discussed regional issues, including the consequences of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, which directly threatens many countries’ food security.
