Iraq – Legislative elections (November 12, 2025)

France welcomes the legislative elections held in Iraq on November 11. The smooth unfolding of these elections, which took place throughout the country on the scheduled date, is consistent with the progress that Iraq has made on the political and security fronts and reflects its resilience in the face of the upheavals that have marked the region in recent months.
