Meeting between the Minister and His Highness Prince Rahim Aga Khan V (October 28, 2025)

Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot met today with His Highness Prince Rahim al-Husseini, known as Rahim Aga Khan V, ahead of the Paris Peace Forum.

The Minister lauded the strengthening of relations between France and the Ismaili Imamat following the July 2025 signing of a framework agreement that was established to strengthen these ties.

The Minister and Prince Rahim Aga Khan V discussed current and future cooperation projects in many fields, in particular, projects of international importance and those related to development, healthcare, the arts and heritage conservation.

The Minister and Prince Rahim Aga Khan V agreed to continue their cooperation and expand it in all areas of shared interest, both in France and throughout the world.
