According to the media, Turkey plans to organize negotiations on Ukraine between Russia and the West; the proposal has already been submitted to Washington through diplomatic channels. What is France’s reaction?

Our position has been clear since the start of the invasion: negotiations ending the war of aggression against Ukraine can be conducted only at the time and under the conditions chosen by the Ukrainians.
