Chrysoula Zacharopoulou, Minister of State for Development, Francophonie and International Partnerships, attached to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, will be traveling to the Philippines from July 30 to August 2.
The Minister of State will meet with the Philippine authorities. She will inaugurate a plastics recycling plant in the Manila region, which constitutes concrete proof of France’s commitment to combating climate change and a key priority for our cooperation with the Philippines. She will also visit a tuberculosis center in Makati alongside the Philippine Secretary of the Department of Health. Lastly, the Minister of State will take part in the high-level business forum between the EU and the Philippines that will take place on July 31 in Manila.
