Madagascar – France stands in solidarity with the people of Madagascar in the wake of cyclone Batsirai (7 Feb. 2022)

Since cyclone Batsirai struck Madagascar, France has shared its heartfelt condolences with the families of the victims and ensured the authorities and people of Madagascar of its friendship and solidarity in this difficult time.

France is prepared to fulfill any requests by the Malagasy authorities for equipment and aid to assist people on the ground.
