Cultural, scientific and technical cooperation The Kingstown Alliance Française branch has 50 learners. French assistance is now mostly channelled via the European Union, in particular the European Development Fund (EDF). The CARICOM FSPI IFLE project (€800,000), overseen by the cooperation and cultural action service and implemented by the Alliance Française, helps develop three areas of cooperation: linguistic, economic and cultural.
