France utterly condemns the attack against the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) which took place near Tessalit, in the northeastern part of the country on October 2 and cost the life of an Egyptian peacekeeper and injured several others. It extends its condolences to the victim’s family and to the Egyptian authorities. It wishes the injured peacekeepers a speedy recovery.
