Olympic Days (23-24 June 2017)

On June 23, 1894, the International Olympic Committee was created. It’s the date chosen to celebrate Olympic Day and the values of sport every year.

This year, a few weeks ahead of the IOC decision regarding the Olympic Games and Paralympics of 2024 (the vote will take place 13 September in Lima), activities are planned throughout France, in the colors of Paris2024.

In Paris, this day becomes two Olympic Days, during which Parisians and tourists can take part in programmed cultural and sporting events. More than 30 disciplines will be offered to young and old, professionals and amateurs, along the Seine, Invalides, or at the Petit Palais.

It offers a preview of what the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games will be like in France.
