International Partnership against Impunity for the Use of Chemical Weapons (27 February 2018)
France applauds Norway’s intention to join the International Partnership against Impunity for the Use of Chemical Weapons.
So far 24 nations and organizations have joined this initiative put forward by France since it was launched in Paris on January 23.
These partners have banded together to reject impunity for those who use or develop such weapons and to publicize their names. We will not allow the continued use of such weapons from another age; the use of chemical weapons by anyone anywhere and in any circumstances is intolerable.
