Human rights – ILGA World Conference on respect for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex persons (Bangkok, November 28 to December 2, 2016)

Jean-Marc Ayrault, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, is lending his support to the work of the participants in the World Conference on respect for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex persons organized by the ILGA worldwide network of associations in Bangkok from November 28 to December 2.

Jean-Marc Ayrault wanted to convey to the participants of this conference a message reaffirming France’s commitment to respect for the rights of LGBTI persons and its determination to combat all forms of discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity. France calls on the international community to ensure equality in dignity and rights for all persons.
