European Union – Visit by Clément Beaune (Strasbourg, 6 July 2021)


Clément Beaune, Minister of State for European Affairs, attached to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, is visiting Strasbourg today for the European Parliament’s July plenary session.

The Minister of State will talk to the MEPs elected in France about shared issues for the coming months and preparations for the French EU presidency. During the visit, Clément Beaune will inaugurate the Salon de l’Europe at the prefect’s residence, where the three-year contract for “Strasbourg, European Capital 2021-2023” will be signed in the presence of local elected representatives.
