Q: Concerning the Channel Islands: Is France negotiating directly with the autonomous authorities of those islands on the question of fishing licenses?

A: The issuance of fishing licenses for European vessels and their access to British waters is linked to the proper implementation of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement signed by the EU and the United Kingdom.
