EU – Citizens’ consultations – Visit by Nathalie Loiseau to Nancy (24 May 2018)
Nathalie Loiseau, Minister for European Affairs, will visit Nancy today at the invitation of the city’s mayor, Laurent Hénart.
This visit is part of the “Mai de l’Europe” event held in Nancy since 2002 and which is taking place this year under the high patronage of the minister. For this year’s edition, Nancy City Hall has chosen to highlight the citizens’ consultations on Europe and to host five consultations, one of which will be attended by Nathalie Loiseau.
The minister will also visit the Stanislas School for discussions on Europe with a European class and a presentation on the exchange programs with German schools. During the last Franco-German Council of Ministers in July 2017, France and Germany wanted to give fresh impetus to their youth cooperation initiatives and to notably enhance the learning of each partner’s language and increase youth mobility.
