Innovation Week kicks off today in Chicago. This event is being organized, in partnership with the Consulate General of France in Chicago, by the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Alliance française and Business France, and will bring together numerous American partners to promote French innovation and research in the 3rd biggest city in the United States.
A series of exhibitions and conferences will showcase the diverse and complementary facets of innovation in France, such as the role of women in entrepreneurship and innovation, the space mission by the Rosetta probe, the technological challenges associated with climate change and innovation in the automotive industry.
New partnerships will be launched with, for example, the business incubator “1871,” which will receive as members, in June, 8 French high-tech companies specializing in connected vehicle systems.
Our diplomatic network in the United States is mobilizing its efforts through the “NETVA” program to help innovative French companies go global and the “YEI Start in France program” to attract American start-ups to France.
