UK – Conversation between Amélie de Montchalin and Scotland’s Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, Europe and External Affairs (30 June 2020)

Amélie de Montchalin, Minister of State for European Affairs, attached to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, is speaking today with Michael Russell, Scotland’s Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, Europe and External Affairs.

They will mainly discuss responses to the health crisis sparked by the Covid-19 pandemic. They will also talk about strengthening our educational and cultural ties, as well as environmental and climate challenges ahead of the COP 26, to be held in Glasgow in November 2021.
