Q: The Ukrainian Administration said today that it had conveyed detailed information to French and German advisors on the implementation of the Minsk Agreement and decisions taken at the last summit in 2019 on resolving the crisis in eastern Ukraine. Can you comment on this subject and perhaps give us an assessment of the extent to which Kiev is fulfilling its obligations under that agreement?

A: France, along with Germany, is fully committed to the implementation of the Minsk Agreement within the Normandy Format, the only agreed-upon framework for resolving the conflict in eastern Ukraine. Discussions are ongoing with a view to making progress toward that goal.
