Ukraine - Q&A from the press briefing (10 March 2021)

Q : According to the Ukrainian President’s chief of staff, the plan to peacefully resolve the situation in the Donbas proposed by France and Germany and finalized by Ukraine is awaiting Russia’s approval. Can you tell us which plan this is? Was this plan discussed with Russia?

A : The Minsk agreement is the sole accepted basis for achieving a just and lasting resolution to the Donbas conflict. France and Germany are working together within the Normandy Format to pursue its full implementation. There are regular contacts in this regard.
