France regrets that Russia vetoed the UN Security Council draft resolution aimed at renewing the mandate of the UN and OPCW’s Joint Investigative Mechanism (JIM).

The report by JIM experts will be made public tomorrow. Dialogue must continue with Russia to prevent a repetition of chemical crimes in Syria.
