Situation of Ms Sophie Pétronin (24 December 2019)

As of today, French citizen Sophie Pétronin has been a hostage in Mali for three years.

As the President of the French Republic has recalled, France has not forgotten Sophie Pétronin. The French authorities forcefully recall their demand for her.

Today, we are thinking of her friends and family and assure them of our solidarity. The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs and all the departments concerned are fully committed to achieving her liberation and supporting her family.
