Luxembourg – Visit by Nathalie Loiseau (7 May 2018)


Nathalie Loiseau, Minister for European Affairs, is visiting Luxembourg today.

A few weeks after the state visit to France by the grand duke from March 19 to 21 and the French-Luxembourg government seminar that took place during the visit, Nathalie Loiseau will inaugurate the new Lycée Français Vauban. Grand Duchess Marie Teresa and Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel will also take part in this ceremony.

Together with Luxembourg’s Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Jean Asselborn, Nathalie Loiseau will moderate a citizens’ consultation with 300 tenth, eleventh and twelfth grade students. She will meet with Jean Asselborn to discuss key current European issues and the development of our bilateral relations, which are excellent.

During the visit, Nathalie Loiseau met this morning with President of the European Investment Bank Werner Hoyer. She will also meet with French EU officials serving in the European institutions in Luxembourg.
