Over the last few weeks, France has repeatedly expressed its support for Mr. Sarraj’s Government of National Accord, the only government recognized by the international community within the framework of the political process in Libya.

It calls for a ceasefire and the immediate resumption of dialogue under UN authority with a view toward finding a political solution.
