France expresses its concern following a shelling that hit the headquarters of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in Naqoura, southern Lebanon, on 28 October 2023. The incident caused material damage but no casualties.

The safety of UNIFIL’s staff and, more broadly, that of staff in all peacekeeping operations remains an absolute priority.
