Franck Riester, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness, attached to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, will be in Milan and Rome on October 8 and 9.
In Rome he will meet with his counterpart, Manlio Di Stefano, Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, responsible for foreign trade and economic attractiveness, to discuss strengthening bilateral economic relations and industrial cooperation in the most strategic sectors, such as the naval industry and hydrogen. They will also discuss our two countries’ recovery plans.
Mr. Riester will also meet with Italian economic figures. Italy is one of France’s major economic partners and its third-largest supplier, while France is the third-largest country hosting Italian businesses.
