Following the historic agreement reached in Vienna on July 14, Laurent Fabius will visit Tehran on July 29. This is the first visit to Iran by a French foreign minister in 12 years.
He will be received by President Hassan Rouhani and will meet his counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif; Parliament chairman Ali Larijani; vice president and head of the Environmental Protection Organization Masoumeh Ebtekar; the minister of industry, mining and trade Reza Nematadeh; and Admiral Ali Shamkhani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.
