Q - Ali Akbar Velayati, the top advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Iranian Revolution, said yesterday that the French President was acting like Trump’s “lapdog.” Do you understand why Iran has such a view of the French position toward Iran?

A - We want to believe that this statement does not reflect the position of the Iranian government.
