A : Gibraltar’s Supreme Court authorized the departure of the Grace I tanker after Iranian authorities pledged not to deliver the vessel’s cargo to the Syrian regime. France intends to ensure that the Iranian authorities live up to their commitment. It calls for a de-escalation of tensions in the Gulf.
