Jean-Marc Ayrault, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, held a bilateral meeting with his German counterpart, Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
The two ministers took stock of the follow-up to the European Council meeting on February 18 and 19 on relations between the EU and the United Kingdom and migration, as well as the major international crises, notably in Syria, Libya and Ukraine. They worked on strengthening the partnership between our two countries in preparation for the next French-German Council of Ministers.
