Egypt - Explosion in Cairo (4 August 2019)

The explosion of a car bomb in Cairo on August 4 killed 20 people and injured many others.

France offers its condolences to the victims’ families and wishes those injured a speedy recovery.

It reaffirms its full commitment to standing alongside Egypt in the fight against terrorism.
