Harlem Désir, Minister of State for European Affairs, is visiting Croatia today to take part in the opening ceremony for the new airport in Zagreb, built by a consortium of French firms.
This project, which includes the construction of a new passenger terminal and a 30-year contract to operate it, was implemented by a French-Turkish consortium led by Aéroports de Paris-Management and Bouygues.
This investment confirms the success of an outstanding partnership between France and Croatia.
During this visit, Harlem Désir will meet with his counterpart, Marija Pejcinovic-Buric. They will notably discuss our bilateral relations and European issues in the run-up to the summit in Rome on March 25.
