Q : Will France issue its own national declaration in addition to that of the EU on the potential illegitimacy of President Lukashenko’s inauguration in Belarus?

A : As an EU member state, France fully supports the declaration concerning Mr. Lukashenko issued by Josep Borrell, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, on behalf of the 27 EU member states.
