Explosion in Mexico (January 31, 2013)

We were extremely saddened to learn of the heavy toll resulting from the explosion that occurred on January 31 in Mexico, in a building belonging to the state-owned company, Pemex.

France extends its condolences to the victims’ families and expresses its solidarity with the Mexican authorities and people.
