Mr Bernard Kouchner appointed Minister of Foreign and European Affairs
The transfer of power between Mr Philippe Douste-Blazy and Mr Bernard Kouchner happened on May 18, 2007.
Mr Jean-Pierre Jouyet was appointed Minister of State, attached to the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, responsible for European Affairs.
