We call on North Korea to abandon its plans to launch a rocket and to refrain from any further act that is contrary to its international obligations and likely to increase tensions in the region.
France reaffirms that in accordance with Security Council resolutions 1695, 1718 and 1874, North Korea must refrain from any activity related to a ballistic missile program.
