Fine dining – Third edition of Goût de/Good France (March 21, 2017)

The third edition of Goût de/Good France will be held on March 21 on the initiative of Jean-Marc Ayrault, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, and Chef Alain Ducasse.

2,000 restaurants, 71 culinary schools and 150 French embassies all around the world will showcase French cuisine.

By promoting the French art of living and regional products, the 2017 edition will notably focus on training for the catering, hotel and tourism industries, bringing together schools and students from all over the world.

In Paris on March 21, Jean-Marc Ayrault will attend a launch event at the Arc de Triomphe: 10 top chefs have joined together with six training schools to offer food tastings to a thousand or so tourists and Parisians.
