Climate – Ms. Girardin’s participation in the “COP21: What is France’s leadership role?” conference (Paris, April 13, 2015)

Annick Girardin, Minister of State for Development and Francophony, will this afternoon participate in the “COP21: What is France’s leadership role?” conference, organized by the touteleurope.fr website at the National Assembly.

Following her visit to East Africa, Annick Girardin will discuss the relationship between development policy and the fight against climate disruption and the need for a solutions agenda, a key issue to be addressed at the 2015 Paris Climate Conference.

In the presence of parliamentarians, international figures and young citizens, the minister of state will exchange views with Ms. Teresa Ribera, Director of the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations, and Mr. Frédéric Roussel, Co-founder of the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED) and member of the Executive Committee of “Convergences.”
