Questions & Answers on Twitter with Pascal Canfin on #Climate negotiations (November 15, 2013)

A few days after the beginning of the 19th Conference of the Parties on Climate Change in Warsaw (COP19) and the designation of France as host for the COP21 in 2015, the Minister for Development, Pascal Canfin will answer questions from users on Twitter on climate negotiations.

France is mobilized to respond to the climate challenge: the COP21 will be a milestone in the negotiation of a future international agreement for the post-2020, binding all countries, including the largest emitters of greenhouse gas, to a universal agreement on climate.

Users can already ask their questions by using the hashtag "#QRdiplo" in their tweets. Pascal Canfin will respond on the Twitter account of the Ministry, @francediplo, on Friday, November 15th at 3PM (GMT+1).
This Question & Answers session will be in French and in English.
