Applications for production or post-production support funding must include the following:

 a letter of application detailing the amount signed by the filmmaker or the producer


 the synopsis


 the developed scenario in French


 the application form


 an information sheet concerning the production company


 a detailed curriculum vitae of the filmmaker in French


 a detailed estimate in euros


 the author’s and director’s contracts


 the financing plan of the project (copy of letters of intent of acquired and potential co-producers, if possible)


 the distribution budget for France (according to French prices) and for the filmmaker’s country


 the authorization of the author and/or right-holders (assigned rights or option) if the scenario is adapted from a pre-existing work For support funding for film finish:

 film budget and financing plan in euros with receipts


 five VHS cassettes of the film with continuity in French


 signed letter of application for funding detailing amounts (expense items) All of these documents must be in French and sent in 9 copies at the Ministère des Affaires étrangères:
