Introduction

The Commission d’Appui au Développement des Cinémas du Sud concerns all countries within the Zone de Solidarité Prioritaire. The support funding is for financing the shooting of films locally and thus contributes to consolidating the production structures of the countries concerned.

The objective is to promote the cultures of the area in question and to contribute to the development of production and distribution structures, without any constraints regarding format (35 mm, 16 mm) or support (film, video).

Funding may be allocated for development, production, post-production or even distribution (promotion, copies).

The average aid awarded to a film can not exceed 137 204 euros.
