Learning French in France - 2008

This directory lists a selection of language centres in France providing FLE (French as a Foreign Language) lessons.

This working tool, published every year at the behest of the Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, is mainly intended for the French cultural network overseas. Furthermore, it represents an invaluable resource for any students or professionals wishing to map out their own French language learning path.

This directory brings together, in its first part, the “French as a Foreign Language Quality Label” centres and the centres involved in the process of obtaining this quality status as at 31 July 2007. In the second part, it showcases the range of lessons given at centres listed in the 2006/2007 directory but not included in this process as at 31 July 2007.

The description of the lessons on offer and practical information have been sent by the 105 language centres, spread across France, which wished to appear in this directory.

The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs specifies that the information provided by the centres may be modified during the course of the year (in particular concerning the description of the lessons and the prices) and that this is the sole responsibility of the centres. Please contact the centres to check this information when registering.
