Estonia

Our two countries enjoy good relations and regular contacts. President Ilves visited France in April 2008.

Exchanges intensified in 2010. The Prime Minister hosted his Estonian counterpart in Paris in May, on the occasion of Estonia’s accession to the OECD. The Minister of Foreign and European Affairs met with his counterpart in Tallinn alongside the NATO ministerial meeting in April. The Secretary of State responsible for European Affairs went to Estonia in February.
