07/09/1987: Maritime boundary agreement
07/12/1987: Cultural, scientific and technical cooperation agreement
02/03/2005: Signing of a bilateral debt consolidation agreement between the Director of the DGTPE of the MINEFI and the Finance Secretary.
09/03/2006: Signing in Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe, of a bilateral readmission and transit agreement for illegal immigrants (also providing for the case of third state nationals) and a visa exemption agreement for stays of less than 15 days in the French Department of the Americas for Dominica nationals. Both agreements came into force on 1 March 2007.
January 2007: Cooperation protocol between the Commonwealth of Dominica and the French government on behalf of Guadeloupe, relating to regional cooperation between Dominica and Guadeloupe.
07/11/2008: Signing of three grant agreements, totalling €4M, between the AFD, FGEF and the Minister of Public Services, Energy and Ports, concerning geothermal projects.
Signing, through an exchange of letters in Paris on 7 October 2010 and Roseau on 24 December 2010, of an agreement relating to the exchange of tax information. The ratification of this agreement will make it possible to remove Dominica from France’s “black list” of uncooperative jurisdictions. It has been on the black list since the order of 12 February 2010.

20 December 2000: meeting in Pointe-à-Pitre of Mr. CHARLES with Mr. PAUL, Secretary of State for Overseas, in the presence of local elected officials.
24 October 2005: Prime Minister SKERRIT’s visit to Guadeloupe with a view to creating a joint security committee
09 March 2006: Meeting of Dominica’s Prime Minister with the Minister of the Interior, Mr. SARKOZY, in Guadeloupe.
19 September 2007: Mr. TIMOTHY, Minister of Economic Development, was received in Paris by the Prime Minister’s staff and by the Minister of the Interior’s staff.
1-5 October 2009: Prime Minister SKERRIT’s visit to Guadeloupe.
28 October 2009: the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Employment, Mr. Vince HENDERSON, led Dominica’s delegation at the third meeting of the Joint Security Committee in Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe.
