Bhutan
Political relations
France has no representation in Bhutan and does not maintain formal diplomatic relations with that country.
Bhutanese issues are monitored by the French embassy in India.
Economic and commercial exchanges are extremely limited: Bhutan is France’s 200th largest client and its 202th largest supplier.
French exports to Bhutan are 90% composed of capital equipment and transportation, while total imports are currently less than one million euros.
