Jean-Marc Ayrault, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, will visit Bratislava on March 10.
He will meet with his Slovak counterpart, Miroslav Lajcak, in order to discuss the future of the EU, in preparation for the summit on March 25 to mark the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome.
They will take stock of current international issues as well as the various aspects of French-Slovak cooperation.
The two ministers will deliver a speech at Comenius University in Bratislava on “The need for Europe” to students, representatives of think tanks, parliamentarians, intellectuals, business leaders and the diplomatic community.
During his visit, Jean-Marc Ayrault will meet with the French business community and visit the French school in Bratislava.
