We strongly condemn the renewed clashes that broke out yesterday in Tripoli (Lebanon), leaving 6 people dead and 75 injured.

We’re closely monitoring developments in the situation in Lebanon and want to express our concern about the increasing number of incidents. Lebanon should not allow a conflict that doesn’t belong to it to spill over into its territory.
