The E3+3 and Iran will meet again in Moscow on June 18, as agreed at their previous meeting in Baghdad. The meeting in Moscow represents a new opportunity for Iran to respond to the comprehensive proposals made by the Six in Baghdad. This is an opportunity that should not be missed if Iran is sincere about its willingness to negotiate. The E3+3 group, for its part, is ready to do so.
The group will again present a united front in Moscow and is determined to promote a diplomatic solution to this crisis in accordance with the resolutions of the Security Council and the IAEA Board of Governors.
